Heard Ciftci Scott Allan a lad from chelsea and denny johnstone

I think we are covered in midfield and at the back. Centre forward first above all else. Preferably a big hard bastard too.

I've heard Scott Allan too and that Ciftci is a possible. No real source of any quality

I'd be surprised if Denny Johnstone, on a two year contract at Colchester, arrived. Or Scott Allan, just because of his position, where we're very well off.

Romanian is rumoured to be a centre half.

Ciftci would be welcomed!

Denny Johnstone was one of the few targets ray wasn't able to talk around in the summer. He'd be ideal - big, strong and knows how to score in this league.
Scott Allan would be faf as the hibs fans love him and it would give Lennon a taste of his own medicine if they propelled us past them 😂

Cannae see it happening. Has a quality as a striker we miss but I rekon RMcK wouldn't risk breaking what he's created as a better drilled pulling together squad. The cunt is a fkn maverick.

Tempting but possibly an addition to unravel the good work done recently.

ciftci for me, is a game changer, he'd win games by himself, create chances out of nothing, he would be the difference between us 2nd and 1st! I'd break the bank for him

Ciftci and andreu up front - thats championship manager stuff right there. If we had 2 forwards of real quality, stuffy teams wouldn't know who to mark 2 or 3 to a man.

Rays man management skills would help ciftci on..ud have no doubts if it were to happen

I was right when I was totally underwhelmed by Goodwillie's return and this time I would hope I'd be wrong saying a Ciftci return would follow the same path. What's he done since leaving, the square root of fukc all?

We're scoring enough goals to win games with what we've got so I'm not filling myself with high expectations about the arrival of the phantom January No 9.

Wholly agree. Ciftci is a big talent but has the big ego to go with it. I'd rather have the team spirit that Ray's generated than the "its-all-about-me-show" we had previously with Ciftci which worked sometimes (very well) and didn't at other times (2nd half of his last season with us). Ray's approach has seen goals spread throughout the team with 14 different players scoring this season to date and in my view will be more reliable and sustainable.as we battle for the title

Not our transfer rumour but I saw a post going around facebook linking Giorgios Samaras with a 18 month loan to Hibs. Surely outwith Hibs budget but looks like theyre happy to burn a hole in their finances getting out of this division.
