    Hello lads. Been reading your forum for years and thought it was about time I joined so I can throw in the occasional comment. Thought about joining a few months ago when I read the "Best Bowie song" poll, but didn't. Saw the T2 thread today and thought "these boys are definitely alright!", so here I am.

    I was in Toronto for a year when I was 16 CA.
    Funny thing I remember was getting the scores in the papers (this was 1966) on a Saturday before the 3pm kick-offs back home. It was weird!

    Whereabouts are you?

    Sorry - just saw your post smedDUm. I'm just outside Edmonton. Prairies, out west, just your side of the Rockies. AKA the Arctic tundra. Came here for a year in 1993. Missed our cup final win. Haven't made it home yet.

    Last time in Canada for me was in 2009. Halifax, Newfoundland on a cruise. I was in Toronto in 1973, with my family to visit my grans cousin.

    Have relatives in Oshawa, Ontario.

    If you fly from Dundee to Ontario, you're about half way to where I live. It's a big place - takes me a week to go for rolls and milk.

    Season ticket holder and following in my fathers footsteps. He went to Gothenberg, I'm going to Dumbarton....
