Manager of the year in Scotland IMO.
Hope the Bairns finish the job against Killie.

Thing is Tek, after watching them last night, I don't fancy our chances against them, for the moment anyway. So fir me Killie doon. Drop in budget will mean them having to get rid.

Living (too) close to Falkirk, I grudgingly congratulate Houston on his achievement so far, but think they rode their luck over the two ties.
Certainly, McCracken getting away with the handball in the first leg, then staying on the park last night (not even booked) following conceding a penalty, might make the Hibees suspicious since ref Thompson also lives very close to Falkirk. The Hibs still have a downer on him since the all Edinburgh final.
See for their cup final v Sevco this week, the ref is ex Rangers player's brother Steven McLean, while fourth official is Ibrox season ticket holder Bobby Madden. Two more of the six officials are John Beaton, also a Glaswegian, and Andrew Dallas, Hugh's son.
The other two are from Ayrshire and Fife.
None of the six are from the Edinburgh area, just to be sure.
I've turned this topic around, haven't I?

Feeling a wee bit guilty about taking the topic away from Peter.
So I'll give him some credit here. Previous games against Hibs that Falkirk have played, he's spotted a clear weakness in the centre of their defence, and the late comeback last night focused on getting the ball into that area.
After watching Killie today, they have a similar weakness in their team, and I'm sure Houstie will have noted this.
Mixu never did though.................
