Folks,Tekel Towers is officialy 1 week old today.

Just 8 days ago i didn't have the foggiest idea of how to create my own website,but,here we are just a short time later.

Whilst i am delighted at the posters who have signed-up already (particulary some recognised guys from Utd Mad who's opinions i respected),the uptake on registration has been dissapointingly slow.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can spread the word of the website ? (i have peddled it on Twitter all week,but i have a small amount of followers).

Or if anyone has any suggestions for the site as a whole (design,competitons,other forum categories,etc) i am very willing to listen.

I am wary of that tbh.

Boardhost have now confirmed the web address and Tekel Towers can now,finally,be found on Google.And also when you type in Dundee United Fans Forum etc,although for the minute it will be quite a bit down the list.

Suppose it will be a slow process getting posters on Board.

If people can retweet the the web address and spread the word that would be greatly appreciated.

I will be campaigning/spamming twitter for another week and then i'll just let word of mouth take over.

Starting to get sign-up's daily now so i think word is getting round slowly but surely.

I like that feature.Gonna email boardhost later on this week with a couple of other suggestions I think would make the board more User friendly for everyone.

Guy,had a chance for the first time tonight to have a wee look at that website you linked.

On first 5 minute browse it doesn't seem that boardhost (the free server this website is created from) are compatible with Tapatalk.

I will further research+do my utmost to make it a feature if necessary,but could you tell me please the benefits of it before i do so.I'm completely ignorant as to it's benefits i'm afraid.

Any chance of a food category TEK?, I'm constantly starving and drool over others opinions whenever the conversation arises at work, in the local, at home, on the box, on the wireless, on holiday, in my sleep etc if you get my drift. I understand we don't want the board to be imbalanced with too many categories other than the obvious but maybe if you merged TV and Film together it wouldn't impact on the look of a well designed board in a negative way. Cheers. Fuck!!!! I've burnt mah fish fingers!!!!
