I think 5 years is a good strong sentence for the charge (the charge itself is scandalous that he wasn't charged with murder btw), however I heard on the radio there that he'll only serve 10 months in the clink with the rest on house arrest?
Again, if true that would be scandalous.

Possibly 2 years he may serve In prison, the prosecution are thinking about appealing the charge and going for murder.
