What is the punishment for Admin II? Isn't it a large percentage of your points total of last season deducted this season?

They are a magnet for every crook or shyster on the go.

Perfect setup for a horrible club - run maniacally by a crowd of penny pinching corrupt loonies and managed by an inept leg-end of the ex-club who is in it for every last penny he can squeeze out of it.
