Ray McKinnon
Hae ti get McKinnon in as boss if Raith fail to go up this season.
Worked his way up fae taking Lochee United ti the latter stages of the Scottish Cup. Went on to do another excellent job at Brechin before getting head hunted by Raith who he's taking ti the play offs at the rate they are going. Both sides he built off United and Dundee cast offs and youth.
Ken's exactly what the clubs about and unlike Mixu has the respect of his players and is proven at this level. Defo my shout if we can get fucking rid of Mixu. Ken's how to build a championship squad at any rate.

When Raith were looking for a manager, I had a conversation with a director there who I said to get Ray in, at that point I was told there was no chance they'd take him, we briefly discussed a fair few others who were maybes and I then said again go for McKinnon, No chance was the reply he's already been ruled out. I basically told them they'd be mad not to go for him.
I'm right now not so sure I'd make the same recommendation to Utd, (not that I'll be asked tbf)?don't get me wrong he's done very well and is the type of person we need, I just have this niggle about people returning to Tannadice and it never working.
It's going to be very hard to get the right man being down a league, crucial decision tho.
So badly wish we'd went for Jim McIntyre instead of Mixu, he is exactly the type we needed at that point (despite him also being ex-Utd).
