Well said Tek, I've always felt The Dillon stick is very OTT, not from you in particular btw.  But I always seem to see things different from the majority (Spittal, Souttar and Rankin for example also got way too much stick IMO.) there's also players who the majority seem to rate who I can't see the benefit of.

I'm not gonna pretend he's always been great, but he's better than he's given credit for and all this "he's not captain material" annoys me because being a captain at this level is about respect from your fellow teammates and them having a willingness to listen to you, that doesn't mean those words have to be screamed Roy keane style.
