Legal action is jackies 'thing'...I'd not worry about it tbh. He threatened 0artick with it - now he's threatening us.
Anybody with a grain of dignity would walk away with his payoff and say no more about it after making such a pigs ear of managing a football club
Prepare for mcnamara sues York City headlines in a few months when he takes them down

^^^^ this for me.
He has easily been Dundee United biggest mistake in living memory.
A carpet nagger that got lucky and caused enough damage in a couple of years that would take an average man a decade

Here we go..
So ST said his summer signings were shit, go on Jackie prove otherwise, take them all to York and show us how good they are.
Only bit of the interview that was right, was his signings were shit.l

Correct, there is not a defence to his signings over the past few windows.
And i mean no defence and you can throw in the midfield and most of the strikers too

The cunt should be taken to court for the shite he's left us in.

No a leg to stand on. York's results prove he is a useless cunt. Just looking for more money. Greedy bastard.

Heard from someone months back that Jackie McNamara is a very greedy individual when it comes to money.
Tried to get a 'promotion bonus' when Patick won the Championship in 2013.Even though he of course walked out on them in the January of that year.
Was offered a testimonial at Celtic if he signed a new deal.Got his testimonial after giving every indication he would be willing to re-sign.Within a month of the testimonial he signed for more money at Wolves.
Worst of all he is alleged to have threatened to sue Andy Roddie when the Motherwell player broke his jaw after an accidental collision going for the ball.
Apparently when Motherwell received his lawyers letter threatening legal action if he wasn't compensated for loss of earnings they replied along the lines of 'Go for it'!
The legal action was unsurprisingly dropped.
As I say an individual largely motivated by one thing. Money.

Careful TEK you could be next on JMS lawyers list

Don't see how he can sue. All Thompson has said is player recruitment was poor in the summer and is the main cause of our current predicament. That's his opinion (its not entirely accurate and absolves ST of blame of course) but so what? Its like saying no manager is allowed to be criticised for their decisions, ever. What a load of shite.

with every passing day, I start to believe all of the rumours about this little shit.
Thing is if ST is correct and we have the third biggest wage bill in the SPFL he can't even blame the standard of his signings on budgetary constraints......not to mention that two of his 2015 signings were so good that he shipped them out on loan at the start of the season.
I seriously now think that Macnamara was living in a bubble surrounded by people who just agreed with him......utterly self deluded.
Any one can fuck up, fair enough, but most people eventually notice.....most people.....

Bang-On Scarpia,particulary that last bit.
I can't recall McNamara ever holding his hands-up and admitting to any failures on his part,Managerially speaking. And even worse as you say the other people at the club Jackson,Donnelly and worst of all Our Chairman all seem to be cut from the same cloth.
I have been a wee bit critical of Mixu recently regarding one or two of his decisions.I felt he was being a bit stubborn rgards subs and being too loyal to some players and nt giving others a chance. But he said just a few words post-Dens that bouyed me again.
'Maybe i need to look in the mirror'.He uttered that after talking about some of the failures we made in the match.Eight little words that go some way towards showing me what type of Manager/Individual he is.

Exactly. The media up here are a joke. I can't remember the last time I bought a newspaper and it's been ages since I listened to sportsound.
Given that this revolves around his signings here's a wee take on his record from the Hootsmon......don't agree with all that's said but worth a look imo.

You don't often get a very good read in the Scottish media. I'd class that just as a 'good read', as I don't agree with sections of it.
