Just noticed this competition , Tek, used to be a big fan of The Kinks, and have all the early records (as in records). This might not be a well attended competition, though, if fans' disillusionment with the football has an effect on this board presently.
Anyway, to the numbers: 4,7,18,27.

The opening match of the tournament saw victory registered for The Kinks much loved song 'Days' and it will now as a consequence progress through to the Quarter Final stage of the competition.Eliminated at the first hurdle are the tracks 'Strangers', 'Death of a Clown', and 'Set Me Free' respectively.

Come Dancing was around the time I felt Ray Davies was done for lyrics. Loved Village Green, but it's between A Well Respected Man with great imagery about the girl next door among others, and Autumn Almanac, more of a mainstream number.
However, Autumn Almanac is much harder to play, so for me, that splits these two great songs.
