I thought I'd lived through it all with Ronald Raygun as a Cowboy President, but DJT might just take the biscuit. Look at this in the last hour:

Every four years he throws his hat into the ring, then pulls out, but this year he is bizarrely getting more and more popular and the double bluff is now on him. He could conceivably end up in Hair Force One and that is a truly scary thought!

Worryingly, in a recent poll 30% of Republican voters were in favour of bombing the Kingdom of Agrabah......

He will hopefully dissappear from politics as quick as he surfaced. Scarey thought as a Precident of USA bit will end up as a business promoter. Probably the overall intention.

TEK - I watched it this morning - absolutely scary - he was pacing about menacingly like he was high - he answered no questions and has no policies. I was saying to Mrs Twat, he was going on about the bombing of Mosul. I'll bet he could not even point to its rough location on a map.

Pat - it's basically a glorified X Factor contest, but Jedward versus Wagner. The least disliked becomes President. How a Country with over 100 Million residents can come up with that two is baffling.

We've had Tony Blair, David Cameron, now Theresa May in recent times, America choosing between these 2 muppets. Given these are meant to be 2 of the greatest democracies in the world, I'm starting to think there's a good argument for Dictatorships.

There's clearly far too many idiots allowed to vote.

Indeed! That's what is wrong about democracy: the votes of two idiots carry more weight than those of a clear-minded thinking person. That the idiots are in the majority is evidenced by the number of times that certain people are returned to power virtually unopposed despite previous evidence of their being unsuitable for public office.

Throw in the muppet Abe that we have over here(re-elected after quitting due to having a weak bladder and having to run off to the shitter all the time). That numpty wants to change the constitution to change Japan's self defense forces into a force that can attack outside Japan. That should work out well with China and North Korea nearby!!

Said at start of year to folk at work he'd win and got laughed at. Folk said what makes u think he could possibly win? My answer America is full of idiots, not all of them are, but enough of them are. I still reckon he'll win.

Really crazy that someone can just lie there way through such a massive election campaign and still be in with a real chance. Scarier the lies we get told and accept as truths on a daily basis here right enough.

Met a couple of Americans in the lift at the airport day after Euro Referendum. They asked what I thought. "Devastated". They said, "what worries us is that if that can happen here, it means Trump has a chance". They weren't wrong!!

As a serial visitor to the USA, this is Brexit x100. As The Shed says, the standard of education to the majority in America is awful. They can tell you nothing other than what's going on in their neighborhood (sp). He's just appeared on stage and there is barely a black face in the house. At least the pound will now rally against the dollar.

FKT I can assure you that this lack of education and a sense of a wider perspective is not just an American thing. Its alive and kicking here in Dundee.
