I'm not blaming the lad or United (though I do feel they should have made a strong protest.....maybe they have but I certainly haven't read anything about it) but Middle Easterners and others pour in and head straight for the first Benefits Office to be greeted almost with open arms, yet here's a guy with a job waiting for him and he has to wait and wait and wait in what appears to be silence from the authorities.
