Out of Contract players
A list of out of contract players in UK fitba.Some interesting names on it.
One that immediately sticks out to me is Michael Ngoo.Big powerful centre forward released by Liverpool.
Came on loan to Hearts last year and gave us a pretty torrid time in a game at Tannadice i seem to recall (scored and rattled the post).Worth a trial ?Fits the criteria Utd normally go for,young player with potential who has a point to prove.

I've been looking through the list and there are a few players that spring to mind but might cost a fair bit for wages.
That's possibly why we've not approached a lot of them.

Would you have Alan Gow at Tannadice?
30 year old, 6ft, could prove to be lethal at us.
Remember him scoring a hat trick against us.

Gow was definitely a good player a few years ago,but i feel at 30 he's played his best fitba now.

thing is...like any work situation, you'll get nice guys, quiet guys, funny guys and total dicks....some lads, all be it 'fit the bill' , may in fact be total arseholes, bad for the dressing room etc
always find it funny pre season you get discusions about certain players that are available ...they might be rotton for club moral....got to be the full package...one bad egg etc

Spot on, it's all about group dynamics and JMac, Sid, Dazza and Hinchy seem to be pretty good in that department.
Got a feeling that it could be a good reason for Midge's failure.
