Who do you want?
Assuming it's someone who's either out of a job or would require minimal compensation.
Or is there someone not on that list worth a punt in your opinion? And if so who?

From that list Badger, would also be delighted with Jim McIntyre but prob cost too much.
Wouldn't mind McKinnon, McCall either.

I don't know why but i think Pressley would do a good job.
I know some would say he failed at Coventry but they were a bit of a crisis club (in constant financial trouble, not playing at their stadium, changing Directors etc etc).
Levein had similiar problems at Leicester City and still done a wonderful job in turning our club round from the bottom up.
I think there are some similiarities between them (and not just because they're dour Fifers).
Whoever we get should only be handed a short-term contract till the seasons end btw.

Agree with TEK regarding short term contract, would go for Mixu.
Wouldn't mind Elvis either tbh. I would politely decline McCall.

And for me! A decent, honest guy who will give 100% to the job.

Opposite for me. Could be wrong though as I had a problem personally with Elvis being unable to speak without clenching his fkn teeth. WTF.

We need a manager more than ever that the players and fans respect and understand. Been split over too many issues more than ever.
Has to be a proven manager this time.
Someone who knows the Scottish game, experienced, very honest as trust is so low and the club needs brought together.
Have a feeling that half of Motherwell's managerial applicants will be in turmoil tonight. Some will be frantically copying, pasting and editing CVs for fkn sure.

Voted for McCall, think it'll be Mixu.

IMO mcall would be another disaster he is a Hun loving prick who thinks every player should end up st his beloved Ibrox . Think he is very over rated

Voted for Big Dunc.
Fed up with oor club being burgled by owner, management and shitey injured players and loanees.
We also need a manager that the players fear.
Really should have voted for McCall.

I don't see McCall as died in the wool Sevco. You might be right though to wish to avoid that sort of caper. Just don't see him that way. Like his honest way of talking though.
If you want an honest talking good manager then the only one that knows the Scottish game that I can think of with no possible previous from a young age is Mixu.
Most of our previous hero's grew up in the west.

Badger, McCall or Big Dunc for me. Mixu's an arse. Trust me.

Pressley can go fuck himself, you think Jackie was bad?
Mixu? No thanks. Good player for us but the thought of him as our manager is totally uninspiring.

Think he will go back to the short list of last time

Hopefully our manager in wish threads are not as bad and wrong as our player in suggestions we get in the closed season.
Hoping it's not going to be some mad unexpected appointment like a Drongo Donger fae the aussie A-league.
Only ST kens the plans right now.
Pro ably McCall - think they'll want someone in pronto with time to prepare for the Thistle game - also someone with experience - wouldn't be my choice, let's be honest his last season at Motherwell doesn't inspire confidence.

Went for McCall as the others are mostly untested or aren't filling me with confidence! Personally would go cap in hand to Levein but he'll no leave Hearts to come back to us

I notice you didn't list Simon Donnelly (and Darr baby!). At the moment they may be serious considerations!
What's odd is that no one (myself included) has suggested Jim McIntyre who it must be said has done a very decent job in Dingwall

One condition for me. Must not be from south of the Tay.
