Sorry it took so long, I tried to be a smart arse and do a copy and paste job but somehow that never worked, absolute novice when it comes to this lark.
Online!
Great read that Rocky.
And may i say you have exquisite taste Sir.
Picked 2 of those albums myself (SITKOL and Quadrophenia) and could also have taken 'Hour of the Bwilderbeast' which i love (and was listening to earlier on today infact) and 'Definitely Maybe' (an album that changed my life to quite honest with you).
Also 'Bitterest Pill' is by far my favourite Jam song.
Bravo Sir.

Nice one RR.
For anyone interested SKY Arts have a rockumentary on The Jam on demand just now - I just downloaded it last night to watch at my leisure.

Was interested to see what Beatles Album you would pick and happy to see it is Revolver. I think the term psychedelic gets over used when describing music, especially The Beatles, but this one album takes pop music, gives it a sugarcube and then music was changed forever.

Cheers lads, I enjoyed putting into words why I loved my choices, there was two albums I wanted to include 'Whatever people say I am, that's what I am not' by the Artic Monkeys and 'the Gift' by the Jam, two outstanding albums but they just missed out.
I actually watched the Jam documentary on Saturday Foo Kin, good stuff indeed, well worth a watch.

Oh yeah, a nomination for the Macho Man. I'm back in the world of www & im looking forward to this.
What night is it usually on?
I better get my choices made as I love music and my taste is pretty varied. I'm not going to be as good at articulating the reasons for my choices though.
Thanks for the nomination Mr Raccoon. Great read and some great music too.
