He's been playing at bigger clubs than Utd though.

Our league will probably be a drop in standards for him,so hopefully he rattles them in as Ciftci did. (who also had a poor goalscoring record previously).

He actually looks quite similiar in style too Ciftci looking at his videos on Youtube.

Just one of those things where time will tell Tek. I think you might be right and he might have more to his game than goals too. If we are going to persist with this one up front, one just behind & wingers bombing on... link up play will need to be good too.

Fingers crossed eh.

McKay obviously more of a known entity so would like to see him brought in but cant see that happening now. Would be surprised if any of the players we bid serious money on will come off to be honest.

Too many question marks with the lineup for me still and honestly i'm not trying to go out of my way to be negative... question marks... not indicting anyone. Fingers crossed.

I'd like to see us give that a look. It's just not 4231 though and I think with JM it's a matter of finding players to fit the system rather than the other way around.

I think next time you see United line-up 442 there will be someone different in the dugout, whenever that might be.

Would love to see us play any formation that includes 2 up front.

Both Muirhead and Darko seem to like an audacious effort.

The last game against Dundee was definately more of a 4-4-1-1 with the 4 in midfield quite tight and Ciftci a bit closer to Muirhead. Tomato, tomato right enough from 4-2-3-1 but it was a move in the right direction. Hopefully we stick with this with Darko in behind Muirhead (or Bilate).
