Earlier on I mentioned that I would get back to "Sheena is a Punk Rocker", well as I'm nearer 60 than 50 I suppose it's only natural that I've been to quite a few plantings/ burnings and the thing I always come away with is would he/she really have picked those songs/hymns.
For the last couple of years i've been making up cds with 3 funeral songs on them (morbid I know but could you/would  you really leave that choice to your other half ) and the 2 most consistent are "Sheena is a Punk Rocker and "White Man in Hammersmith Palais " have to make one up every couple of months but these 2 are constant.
Was going to post "What's your 3 funeral songs ? "  but thought people may think it to morbid, anyway getting back to the question " White Man in Hammersmith Palais" my all time favourite record  ( this week )

Brilliant DTRA, I know that I for one could easily sit in the pub nattering to you (if you ever get rescued that is).

I'd allow you to have your Palm Tree surround sound.

Thank you sir  I feel your pain, I too have 3 females in the house, although my two daughters are pre-school they still run the place. But after the pet rabbit died I am now the alpha male in the house!

Doesn't sound to much of an ask to me  Plus any passing ship would have more chance of hearing you with 'Complete Control' blasting out at 1000 decebels!

Great read that DTRA.I liked the addition of giving your favourite track from the album (daein that),and appreciated the detail you went into about each selection.Also never seen footage of that Hearts game before  .

Like TEK I loved watching the footage of that game.  What d'ya mean DTR, we still defend like that!  To all the younger anes on here, before the H&S Nanny State took over, note how supporters would change ends depending on what way you were shooting!  Them were the days, albeit that ane was just before even my time!

I like reading things like this as it makes me want to listen to new music that I've never knowingly listened to before.

I'll probably get slaughtered for this but I've never listened to The Ramones before, I might have heard them on the radio or on the telly, but I've never known their songs to recognise.  I'll try and get a listen to some of their stuff later this week.

I also like that fact that there are no wrong answers to these questions as they are all about personal opinion (unless you like the Jedward album that is).
