What this thread proves is some fans will blindly back the manager and club even when its fuckin obvious the decision was a monumental fuck up and one that should have earned a P45 right there and then.

The keeper situation alone is the biggest reason we are a team that cant win, must be the only Polish cunt that isn't aggressive and up for a fight

It's true, some fans will just back any decision made by the Club. Jackie Mac wasn't interested in United after his contract details were out, he was ticking down time until he got his contract paid up. We all knew about the St Andrews piss ups etc but still we went with him. A decision that could set the Club back to pre Jerry Kerr years. Brutal

Hunted and I both said we should've got Langfield. Still stick by that. We would be about 9 points better off if we had done that.

While there's no arguing that the keeping situation is a monumental fuck up I'd disagree that it's the biggest reason we can't win - that would be our inability to put the ball in the back of the net and kill games off.

Think you might want to look at our 'goals against' column

Scored 2 today, never win and not for the first time.

We are like a pub team at the back, no offence meant to pub teams.

The 1 single reason we're in the situation we're in is sticking by that cunt as manager for so long.

The fact we're shit defensively and shit going forward are both down to that decision.

The reasons we are bottom are as follows

1. We stuck by Jackie too long
2. We didn't sign an experienced keeper
3. We gave Dillon a new 2 year deal
4. We signed Durnan
5. Dixon has been pretty poor since signing
6. McGowan isn't as good as folk think he is
7. We create very little.

Number 7 is important but numbers 1-6 are the main factors for me. A lot of teams don't create much but still do ok. St Johnstone managed fine last season

No - I'm happier to stick with goals for - we've lost eight games either 0-1 or 1-2 this season - had we scored two goals in these games we'd be fourteen points better off.

Yes bad goals have cost us dear but there's rarely a clean sheet in the modern game, especially if your struggling, and if your struggling the best way out of it is to score your way out.

There are loads of keepers we could have got. Langfield, Whilst prone to a fuck up, would have done a job
