Tekel Towers » New box set to watch?

I'm looking for some suggestions for a new box set to watch, in the last few years I've watched the following from start to finish having seen none or very few episodes before:

Sopranos
24
Boardwalk Empire
Breaking Bad

I've loved them all, Sopranos and Breaking Bad are my two favourite TV shows of all time.

Outside these I like funny stuff like Modern Family, Friends, Inbetweeners, Arrested Development.

I've tried the West Wing and The Wire recently but couldn't get into them and I don't think I'd fancy Game of Thrones or Dexter.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Never heard of that one TEK, will check it out.

Stobie I dinnae think that Dexter is for me, will download an episode though and see.

I tried tae watch Dexter but i have a bit of a bl**d phobia (cannae even read the word).

Even the opening credits made me a bit

Ha ha, I used to be like that too, once you've been at the goal end for a birth though that's you cured. Nothing can ever be as horrific as that, I'm no faird of anything now!

Its brilliant stuff. Season 5&6 are tough to follow, you'll need to pay attention. No bothered pal.

First series of LOST is really engrossing.

2nd's no bad tae.

Loses it's way a wee bit towards the end (as most show's do tbh when the writers run oot of ideas).

Still worth a watch though it will take over yir nights for weeks.

LOST was one of the best things I've ever watched or ever will. They need to feckin redo the last 2 seasons though. Confusing is the word.

Did anyone watch "the fall" last year it had gillian thingy from xfiles in it...well 2nd series is away to start in november if its anything like 1st series it will be a great watch

I watched it. It was almost as good as the band with the same name.

Gillian Anderson has still got it as well
