Yeah, it is. Bowman ran up to Ricky Ross (who had managed to get trackside), jumped into his arms and planted a smacker on his lips. The polis then gave him a talking to.
I remember watching the whole thing. I never knew it was Ricky Ross til later.

Cheers for your replys Shedboys! When I found the pic I assumed he'd been up to no good. Hardly one of his worst sins, a proud moment instead.
Nothing changes with our players with a reputation and the authorities over reacting over 21 years though.
Same shit would probably come Ciftci's way these days.
