    Thanks for the numbers GC2.

    The 11th match of the tournament witnessed victory registered for 'Match 1' (always seems to be 'Match 1' huh?) Rangers 1 Dundee United 3 (12/4/14). This of course is the famous afternoon when 13,000 Utd supporters descended upon Govan, Glasgow, to watch Dundee Utd defeat Rangers at 'neutral' Ibrox Park'. Nadir Ciftci scoring an iconic breakaway winner to seal Utd's place in our 9th (and to date last)) Scottish Cup Final.

    The feeling when Boulding scored that goal after throwing everything (and the kitchen sink) at Jamie Langfield, was fucking incredible.

    You only get goals like that, limbs like that and moshpits like that maybe once every ten years, or something.

    P.s. Utd were fucking awesome that day. Gauld and GMS not playing many,many more games together for Utd was a tragedy really (in football terms). They had an almost telepathic understanding of each others play, from the start.

    Missed Match 3 as at a wedding with quite a few other United fans: Grand National was on that same day.

    Match 1 would be the favourite from this selection: nearly missed Johnny's first goal due to the Craig Whyte masks. The whole build up in the press to this game was a wee bit poisonous, and it was a relief to get that early goal for we'd never have heard the end of it if Sevco had won.

    The ref let a fair number of Black challenges go that day before he finally had to eject him from the field of play, which too was a memorable incident. Think he had a bet on us that day.

    SEVCO Saturday just pips the Rory Boulding game and the ICT game.  The thing I remember about that Dundee game is we were absolutely crap yet we still beat them 3-0.

    Match 1 for me. It was a bit of stepping into the unknown. Sackie’s first game in charge and against Scotland’s newest team. Also their boycott meant that more Utd fans attended the game than the last time the old Rangers visited Tannadice 😂

    Sevco game - really couldn't have panned out any better. (Very) early goal, killer 3rd goal and Ian Black sent off.
